TR Moving Systems Terrible Serivce, Failure to compensate for negiligence and damage Houston Texas

 TR Moving Systems failed on some many fronts I am not sure where to start. However, simply put the did not arrive at the agreed time/date. They failed to deliver on the committed time/date. And, after my goods were delivered I found that most every piece of furniture I own was damaged in some way or form. To add insult to injury I followed all documented procedures and went through their contracted third party to adjust for the damage. Following that process TR Moving Systems was sent a signed release form from me that required them to pay merely $672.00 for the adjusted damages. (My damages were probably closer to about $6300) This release was sent May 13, 2013. After several inquires/letters and reminders from me and the thrid party that they contracted they have never paid, and now return to answer email or phone messages. Do not use this company.
