Since you posted on this thread about Tracy Bernardo you're opening you're response to all types of replies, you should of made a different post pertaining to this complaint. So here's my two cents. First of all after discovering that there was something wrong with the piglets you purchase, instead of admittedly contracting your provider you go to a random vet who probably doesn't have vast knowledge in teacup pigs you chose that route, let's be honest here, if you look at the top 10 fatalities in the US vet fatality rate it's due to MIS-DIAGNOSIS .

You say CJ doesn't have compassion? Did you not look at this thread that CJ posted that helped expose a serial con artist? You say he doesn't have compassion cause you choose to put our pig to sleep, let's play devils advocate, you have a family member dying from a terminal decease? Are you going to pull the plug or try any other resources so you can sleep at night? My father was given a 5% living after his stroke and he's fine today. You see?

Sorry for the repeated post, Ripoff posting screws up and post replies to other threads for some reason. That last post was meant for this page where we exposed the man Tracy hired to write a bogus article to make it look like a news released, that implied he was Tracy was "voted most popular web consultant in Sacramento". The man who wrote that article was exposed as a spammer and deceiver, he also tried to threaten legal actions on us, after we exposed him with screenshots and findings online, he no longer replied and took down that fake Article that tried to boost Tracy's image by false news article.

The author wrote: " Go ahead and try to sue the MF when it comes to find out if something is not working or a sales rep does not get paid for his work. Especially an independent contractor."

Then you scroll down and see his older report dating back to 2004.

"Netsymmetrics, Ripoff, failure to pay for internet contracting work, Fair Oaks California."

The author hit the nail on the coffin on his this report and is backed up with evidence from Tracy's company history, it doesn't get any more clear cut than that, this scumbag makes his living screwing people over, it's really sad that people like this man exist, a man with absoluetly no conscience and will step over anyone then does anything he can to ruin them afterwards. He does not realize what he does effects people emotionally, physically and financially. He will break every law in the books but once someone exposes him he threatens them with every law in the books.

-He threatens to sue on of his victims for defamation.

The same man who accuses innocent people of child molestation and many other fictitious criminal acts which is all documented with links and screenshots.

-He threatens to take legal actions on his victims for using his website form to give him a piece of their mind.

The same man who sends his victims death threats and harassments through their website form, also hacks their websites.

-He files a legal complaint to Google after his pictures are attached to his reports.

The same man who steals pig pictures to bait and switch, the owner contacted him to remove the copywrited photos and Tracy refuses.

-He threatens a professional company after he felt like he didn't want to pay for the service they provided him.

The same man who run companies, hire contractors/workers then either steal from them or refuse to pay them. Then claim to be "choke one up for the good guys".

Clear cut sociopath behavior. This is why it's important to expose this man, he has made people physically ill, ruined them financially and emotionally this is after he has scammed them over, unbelievable.

 Anyone living in the Sacramento area and see this scumbag below, do not do business with him, you're likely going to end up another victim, remember this man is a sociopath, he is VERY, VERY manipulative, lying is his second language.

This man needs to be investigated by the authorities, the trails of scams and victims he has left online is absolutely appalling, hopefully some investigator gets wind of this man and starts an investigation, find all his past and current scams, victims and makes a whole news report on this man.

You see this folks? Just like we predicted, lawsuit threats, oh I pray Tracy tries to pull a lawsuit on this when everything written has confirmed to be factual; we have a long list of victims that wouldn't hesitate to testify against Mr. Bernardo and his scamming and evil ways, then again he’s been sued so much in court it’s like his second home. So what's the lawsuit? You scam people, slander them using their names and calling them child molesters, thieves, bitter competitors and so on, you’ve also been known to not pay for services that was provided for you. You ran scam businesses from one to the next, marking up your prices, lying about your credentials (Fake articles implying you were voted best web consultant in Sacramento) which has been confirmed by many professionals and companies in the Sacramento area to be false, lying you were a breeder then baiting and switching a product that is worth thousands in order to make more money because the commission wasn’t enough.

Then when you get confronted you curse out your clients, use their contacts and pry into their personal lives with harassment and blackmail. Calling them late at night to intimidate them, sending them death threats, hacking and sabotaging their websites, calling their place of work to blackmail and harass them, these are all documented from multiple victims. So please file a lawsuit so the court can see all you've done to people, you’re going to stand there and get absolutely embarrassed because we already know you’re going to lie and portray the victim role like the sociopath you are, we have all that covered believe me.  

Tell me this, why has every company connected with your name has some kind of ripoff or complaint reports on them? Dating back to 2004? Just like with anything when you start connecting the dots to why they’re so many complaints to a company you have to find that common denominator with all of them to find the root of the cause, and you know what that common denominator is? It's "YOU!", you're out there with your marketing tactics scamming and stepping over anyone and everyone you can to make a buck, once you get several reports on your company you move onto marketing your next company.

How many times have you threaten legal actions on your clients or someone you’ve done business with? Do you not see what you're doing? You've built your own well-polished platform on scamming people. First you market a service or product high on the search engines, you do your sales pitch, manipulate your clients and you profit, and if ever a client speaks out? Well you have a method to deal with that as well; it's a pattern we're able to gather from your history of doing business online. You first harass your clients, emails, phone calls, voicemail…ECT if there's a report about you, you counter that report with elaborate lies, calling them competitors or making up a false criminal accusation against them. When all else fails? Yup you've guessed it, let's scare them away with legal actions.  How in the World do you sleep at night doing this? And I can guarantee that you’re reading this knowing d**n well that this is what you’ve been doing for over the past decade.

Also many of your reports are from individuals or companies you've hired to do work and guess what? You refuse to pay them for their services, case in point:

You bought a service from them, you pick out the package you wanted on their website which is clear as day the packaging and prices, no one held a gun to your head and told you to choose any service yet you did and entered your credit card information, they gave you the service and once they billed you, you flipped out and started harassing and threatening them to the point they no longer were able to take your calls. Then you come online and slandered them for your own fault, stating that they were scammers and you even called your credit card company to report it as a fraud charge when you choose the service with your own will! THEY PROVIDED YOU THE SERVICE YOU PICKED! Now that's slander and I'm surprised Hitslink didn't take you to court for that.

 Another company that upon researching is connected to your name, your oldest company we could find to date, again a Ripoff report was made in 2005 from a gentlemen that was hired by "you" after he completed the work you refused to pay him and you replied to his report with the SAME THING, lawsuit threat, threatening to sue him for 250k after getting ripped off by you.

Now we found this one out following his Google trails, when you type in his name on Google you'll come across a forex website Tracy owned, we typed in that forex website and low and behold it took us to ripoff and complaints sites from webcam models claiming to be ripped off from Tracy, they were put to work and were never paid. Tracy's rebuttals? You've guessed it! The SAME as his teacup rebuttals, bitter competitors, liars, (insert made up criminal acts here to place on his victims)...ECT

Also notice how he went from Lighthouse media group to Lighthouse media corps LLC, seems like this is the reason as always to cover up his shady dirty actions.

I wish I was making this all up, this is absolutely ridiculous how this man can still do business online after a decade of fraud!

Also I would like to thank the man from Roseville California that was approached by Mr. Bernardo with his Wifi sales pitch, for the report he wrote. Notice how many of what the man from Roseville wrote correlates with everything written on Mr. Bernardo in which he's not only looking to screw over potential clients but freelancers or contractors. Also another thing to note in the man’s report that didn't surprise me at all, he uses fake business office addresses for his companies that somehow always gets traced backed to a UPS store. If you Google his Teacup business address it's the Gold River one, again it's a UPS store, but Tracy tries to manipulate it by not giving you the exact address so he'll post an address with the suit number of 310-320 something like that, but the first number was a UPS just like the Roseville man said his new business address is linked too!

So now you’re doing business under a false name and business address? You want to talk about slander? How about the gentleman that decided he didn’t want to get a website from you? You went and slandered his business online for no reason, dude you’re 50 year old not 10, this is outright embarrassing for a man your age doing this, grow the h*** up. Then you go on your Facebook page to play the “victim” role complaining about being attacked online and talking about the hate people carry in their hearts? Are you serious?

You want to see hate look in the mirror buddy! Cursing out a well-respected English teacher because she wanted what she paid for from you? Death threats? Calling peoples places of work to blackmail and slander them to try and get them fired? Hacking their websites? Made up child molestation accusations to try and slander the teacher? Threatening a professional company because you didn’t feel like paying them for their service to the point they stopped taking your calls? Slandering an innocent man because he changed his mind about doing business with you? Tell me right now, who is the one with the hate? So by your logic, I can go rob someone on the street and they should just accept it or else they’ll have hate in their hearts? The fact that you could write a whole book on this man’s scams, he's been exposed now he wants to do the exact same thing and cry legal actions. So Mr. Bernardo again by your logic, a bank robber could rob a bank and the moment the bank catches him and reports him, the robber can then harass the bank, send them death threats, slander them online then threaten to sue the bank? Logic isn't in your vicinity. What you’re doing is what you’re comfortable with; you’re comfortable scamming people because you have this backup plan of harassing and playing the law on both sides. You break multiple laws of treachery, scams, harassment, fraud, death threats, hacking….ect yet when you’re exposed on them you try and hide behind that same legal system you broke? Just stop it! It’s ridiculous.

We'll wait for that lawsuit Mr. Bernardo we have nothing to lose and everything to gain while you have everything to lose because once all this evidence comes out in court a lawyer I've talked to said that the cybercrime unit will do a thorough investigation on all your crimes online and everything will become transparent and you know this, you know you screw people over for a living, it's a fact! You've left so many trails and victims that it's beyond covering up. What I posted is only scratching the surface, we can go on about trying to sell your worthless websites for hundreds of thousands of dollars with deceptive claims of income, having a website design company only to be selling cheap wordpress templates with a bunch of sales pitch attached to it, buying fake fans and likes for all your automated Facebook company pages…ect

And why are you crying about someone finding your picture with your daughter online? When you, yourself slandered an English teacher with her full name and claimed that she molested her students and gave them alcohol? What if one of their parents typed in her name and saw what you wrote? Or her young students? Did you ever think about them? Not only did you slandered and harassed the teacher by stating that false claim, by stating that you’ve harassed her entire class, students, School and parents of those children. The second you decided to do something that disgusting it was fair game, doesn’t feel good when the shoe is on the other foot doesn’t it? You seem to have NO problem doing anything and everything to innocent people but the second it’s done to back at you (for a good reason) suddenly its wrong? If you don’t want something done to you, don’t do it to other plain and simple!

You seriously need help; you need to take a course in morals and ethics. For anyone looking up this man and reading this, do you see this? Look at all the evidence posted, it’s all verified by multiple victims and IT experts to be factual, the scheme he’s running, you can research it yourself. Now look at his responses, do you want to work with someone that does not care to reason only to threaten you with lawsuits? Now imaging doing business with him, then you find out he’s scamming you in one way or another, this is what you have to deal with.

You’re the victim yet he’s trying to push a lawsuit against you in order to cover up his scams? Do you want to deal with this man? Do you want to get death threats? Harassing phone calls? Calls to your place of work to try and blackmail you? The more you push the more vile he gets? Then end up with a lawsuit threat because this man knows how to play the system? Then you’ll have to waste time and money to battle him in court? One lady who was scammed by him didn’t want to go through the court process so she contacted “Judge Judy” the show to try and get him there because the show pays the plaintiff (if they win) the full sum. This has been documented by many and I mean many of his victims. Save yourself the time, money and emotional trauma and just run, you’ll thank us later, unfortunately it took dozens upon dozens of victims before his business ethics came forth.
