March 14, 2013 made contact with Transmission World (a.k.a Southwest Engines, EngineTransmission World) via internet. I received the following quote of $690. My partner made contact with an individual by name Allen who works in the parts department. He was given the quote of $690.00 for a transmission for a 2001 Mercury Mountaineer. On March 15, 2013 approximately 8:30 A.M. order was placed for transmission with the quote number ****we were told it will be $895.00 plus $95.00 for warranty total of $990.00 order was placed. We were told we would receive email concerning the order that was placed. We call the individual back to concerning discrepancy in price then rudely hanged the phone up. We call back within 5 minutes to cancel the order. The person said the order is cancelled and then hung the phone up.

The order form has a disclaimer and conditions which I never signed nor agreed to the terms. My credit card was credited $766.25. My card is being charged $223.75 for canceled or returned order.
