Transone Merchant Services Billing For PCI when contract has been cancelled Irvine California

Transone is an unfeeling company who charges for services because they can and they have access to your bank account.  I terminated my merchant services account with Transone after jumping through all of their hoops.  The cancellation was effective 10/28/13.  They charged mny bank account $124.75 on 10/16/13 for the PCI compliance fee for the next contract year even though they were notified that I was terminating our Agreement back in August 2013.  Doesn't matter, According to them, I was still technically in contract on the 16th of October so they feel they have the right to bill for the next period in the full amount because they have always billed me on that date even though it is not metioned in the written contract that I signed back in 2004.  It doesn't matter to them, because they have the right to change things at any time.   What would have stopped them from billing me $10,000???  These are bad people.  They have continually raise rates and fees through out our association without any prior notification of a change of services or fees.  I took this crap for to many years and I hope that more people read this information.  Even if you follow the proper channels you will be nicked for extra fees because that the kind of company that they are.  Dishonest.
