My Wife and I attended a presentation in Scottsdale, Arizona in late 2000. We travel cross country extensively every year and felt that we would use the motel travel agent discounts, plus we were planning a trip to Hawaii in early 2001. So, we bought into the system. I planned the trip through Travelbridge, also got airline tickets for friends, and got some Travel Agent discounts from Hertz and others. I filed the commission statements in October 2001, and received my commission check about a month later. The call center was very helpful in processing my requests, but the Head Office was not as well organized in Scottsdale. It was difficult to find someone who could make a decision.

As for cross country travel, very few motels honored the Travel Agent card. The reservations had to be called in ahead of time, and we don't travel that way. My main problem now is to find a way to renew the Agent card which expires the end of December 2001. No one seems to know how to do it at the Scottsdale office.

As a ex-employee of this company, and not a supporter. Its not all the agents fault, they do have some fantastic people working for this company.

But the higher up scum suckers and the so called sales scum suckers promise you the world knowing full well its a lie. Anything for a sell.

Dont always blame the agents, they are caught in the middle. Blame the owner and his little board members for this crap. As the old saying goes SH** runs down the hill, but its starts up at the top.
