TRG Customer Solutions TRG is a scam company as it hires under false pretenses offering good commissions, prime territories none of which are given after hire Mount Laurel New Jersey

TRG CUSTOMER SOLUTIONS is a contracted company by VERIZON. It specializes in Verizon Fios door to door sales. Their employment ads always promise good commissions, prime territories as well as Verizon apparell. The only promise they keep is the Verizon Apparell. The commission structure has been cut in half from what was promised as well as product commissions taken away. They expect you to work for at least six hours a day almost 7 days a week with leads that are so over worked that it is almost impossible to make adequate sales to bring in a decent income. They charge chargebacks that are false and then never return the money. If you are lucky you might see this money once in a blue moon, otherwise they have taken your money illegally and probably will never return it. Sundays is almost required but never was told upon hire. They make up employee rules as they go along to suit their needs. They hire employees who are high in producing fraudulent sales. These employees are never fired but instead moved on to other offices in the company so more fraud can be produced. VERIZON, I am sure, is not aware of these business practices, especially, as the current suit that is going on with the state of New Jersey mentions fraudulent door to door sales. Cold knocking has been going on illegally within this company for almost 9 months and it is something that is against Verizon policy.
Office meetings are mandatory but the sales representative is never compensated for their time to sit in these meetings. These meetings are very unproductive as leadership does not have any management training. The team leaders are never positive, but threaten anyone that does not follow these unfair practices, to be fired. Negative verbage is given to the sales representative in text messages almost every hour during the day. Basically if one wants to be employed by TRG Customer Solutions, expect to work very hard for cheap commissions and have no life outside of the company. There is no vacation pay. 401K was promised but never kept. After you pay for gas and time put in for meetings at the office, which by law should be paid, you basically have no money. The commission structure changes week to week and is made so high against bad leads that the sales representative barely meets these goals. High sales seem to be generated by those who have privileges to obtain good leads before they are given to the sales representative. Once again, unfair business practices.
Advancement is not recognized by your education skills or time served with the company, but given to those with no management skills or experience.
If you are considering working for this company, you probably should stick to unemployment. You will definately make more money!
