Triad Financial ripoff Huntington Beach California

i purchased a 2005 lancer in feb,2006 and at the time when i purchase the car my boyfriend was alive but 3mo later he had collasped and died with a heart attack.due to that i had got behind on my payments due to i didn't work during the time when he was in the hosptial and during his dealth. these people called and called me because my payment wasn't there.they even called the day that we was putting my boyfriend in the ground and they knew what was going on with me. the only reponse was "when will your payment be here and we can't give you no other assitance." well now i am still struggling trying to get caught up because i am still behind from then and now they call and harresse me on my job,call my mom's house,friends cell phone.the month of august total i have sent in $400.00,but because i send it through the mail,they hold the payment for a week before they post it.so instead of me having credit for $400.00 i only got credit for $300.00,because they are holding the other $100.00 i sent in. i have tracking numbers on when my money order got there and it got to them in 2days but they waited a week before posting it.i told them it will not be until sept14 before i get another payment to them and i was told that it wasn't good enough and that i also need to use western union which is too exspensive for me to use right now.my blood pressure has been high every since they have been saying they was gonna repo my car because that is the only i can get around.my nerve and blood pressure is shot to hell because of the way they are harrasing me.so i really would like to be one the suing team.i tried to them i am a single parent,and have other bills i have to pay.what do they want me to do to get them caught up have sex for money or sell drugs. i need help and advice.
