Triad Financial Ripoff HARRASSMENT Huntington Beach California

Hello all fellow Triad victims! I was sooooo surprised to see that I am not the only one having harrassment problems with Triad! Here's my story,

We recently had a death in the family which caused us to get backed up on our payments. I started recieving 10 plus calls a day from Triad wanting to know where my payment is. For the last 3 or 4 months I have been late with my payments, giving them very close to the 30 day mark. I have not failed to give any payments though. They still call me and harrass me when I don't answer. It is such an awful feeling when your devastated from your loss and you have someone harrassing to make a payment or else! I know that it's no one's fault that have financial problems but mine. Some understanding would be greatly appreciated. Who am I kidding. They can care less what happens to you, they want their $$$! I too, would be more than happy to be part of this possible class action. Thanks!
