Triad trying to get more and more money out of me that I dont have Palatine Illinois

I've been making monthly payment to a third party collection agency for almost two years. now a another collection agency has pick it up.but the first agency I got my payment down to 6,454.05...and now the new agency said it back up to 8900.00 dollar so I called triad today and the said no I own 12,000.now in the last 21/2 half years I never got and payment option or anything.and two years ago I made a payment of 3000.00 that has magical disapeared and cant be found and the lady from the agency that was handle it not sheknow longer works. the guy I talk to at triad was very rude and told me that I better get this paid or it would be more problems for me and hung up the phone. I dont know what to do with this company
