On November of 2012 I purchesed a 2004 Chevy Silverado p/u from trucks only on bell road at that time the tail gate didnt open there was no tire changing equipment what so ever in the truck the brakes were very soft and the truck was all over the road sterring wise so i kept complaing to my sales man whom told me to contact this Dave in mese at the main store for service so after 8 attemps i finally got in touch with Dave who told me to bring the truck in for service after arriving in mesa my truck was bought in to the shop and small things like tire changing equipment was put in my truck and the mechanic told me that the master cylinder was bad thats why the brakes were bad so i said ioll talk with the general manager about it since ive already had the truck for a while anyways this chris guy came out went off on me over the remainder of the down payment that i owed and i said thats not a problem since i had the money right there but i felt that the safty issues on the truck should be fixed first since they were on the truck when i purchased it.
Well this chris guy went off on me like a 5 year old very unprofessional right in front of other costumers as well all i did was stand there of course almost started to LMAO at him but im a mature adult so i didnt say or do anything after he was dont having his hissy fit i left and 3 weeks later my steering was so bad i couldnt hardly control the truck so i took it to a mechanic else where who flat out said your whole sterrings shot and your spitting steering fluid on your front brakes so i asked him how long do you thing this has been going on and he said buy the looks of all the fluids and boots on the main steering shaft he said 8 months or more and i said and the brakes he said the master cylinder is brand new as well as the brakes
So at that time well over a grand later for all the repairs new steering system radiator and the brakes were not even set wright either anyways the money i put in to the truck so i wouldnt have a accident could of been giving to trucks only if they had been more decent and fixed the safty issues on the truck so it is quite ovious that trucks only does not inspect their vechicles before they sell them to the general public and they also obtain 98% of the vechicles from the repo auctions and the reason they were there the first place is that they werent paid for so if if someone cant afford to pay for something then id say they couldnt afford to maintain it as well
So all is i can say is i paid 12,500 for a death trap and my advise is dont deal with trucks only cause you just dont know what your buying and they do not or will give you a car fax either so basicly the steering could of let go and the truck could of killed me or some innocent person / family thank god it held

When you did the PRE-SALE check out and test drive, did the tailgate open? Was the tire changing equipment inside? During that TEST DRIVE, how were the brakes?
