TS Luxury Group Scam Artists, Liars & Thieves Lake Worth, Florida

I was cold-called by TS Luxury Group numerous times, but skeptical because of some prior dealings with trying to sell my timeshare.  Finally April 9, 2010 I was contacted by TS Luxury Group and they asked if I was still interested in selling my timeshare, and that they had a serious buyer. I told them YES and because of job losses and not being able to afford the yearly maintenance dues...I had to get rid of it.  Upon the clerk's verifying that I was still interested in selling my timeshare, I was then contacted by John Conway.  He claimed that he had a $4500 deposit from an individual who's interested in buying my timeshare, and was offering me an amount of $26,500.  All I had to do was to provide a credit card number, which would then be charged $1328, but that amount would be refunded if the sale did not close in 60 days, and was also fully refundable upon consummation of the sale...thus bringing me a check for the sale in the amount of $27,828.  This $1328 was to do deed title search, litigation check, maintenance profile fee, financial transaction rep. and title insurance/appraisal, etc.  He explained this was mainly to claim it was for researching and guaranteeing our possession of a clear deed.

Then May 1, 2010... I was contacted again by TS Luxury Group by a different guy named Robert... explaining there was 3 banked/bonus weeks on my timeshare and the purchasers were interested in buying these weeks if we weren't going to use them. By allowing the buyer to buy these bonus weeks, I would make and have another check of $7200 coming on the sale.  In order to sell them I needed to give TS Luxury Group $999 for liability insurance so the new buyers could use these weeks, since the 3 banked weeks were in our name and that couldn't be changed. 

They were staying in touch with me for several weeks after, and returning any calls I made to them.  I finally got a call on April 9th and was told all our paper work had been received and was being processed with a closing date scheduled for June 1, 2010... so should have our checks between June 1st and June 8th.

Anyway, I've been trying to call them for some updates and to check in on the final sale processes to get NO return phone calls.  So guess I've been burned also!!!!!

I'm here to join forces and stop this BS!!  We've had job losses and certainly could have used the money paid to them... and only because we we're hoping and praying for this timeshare sale money also during these difficult times.

Hope we get some ACTION to stop this, and also get refunds.
