Tune up plus They ripped me off and over charged for services as well as made the problem worse on my truck! Hampton Va

 I brought my truck into the shop already aware of the problem I was having. They suggested I do a tune up first because repairs to the coil pack "can become expensive." $562.53 later I leave with my vehicle that now is idling high enough to where my check engine light comes on! The truck is driving worse than when I brought it in. I took it to auto zone put it on the diagnostic.. It is the coil pack as I previously stated to tune up plus! I go back the next day, complaining. I had gone to another shop to get my oil changed as well because they always do them and they informed me none of the bolts where put back on my intake! The mechanic drove my truck with me in it, stating he believes it is my OD and suggested I drive it with the OD off. I have had my truck four years and have never had to do that! I was unable to drive my truck out of town for spring break as planned. I had to rent a truck and spend money I did not have!!! When I called and complained again. The receptionist advised I bring in my own coil pack and they would install free of charge. That was another $60 spent and my truck is driving worse now than before.
