I rented four days from Turo in LAX for $214.36 (June 7 to 11, 2018), the booking was always meant to return at 4pm, that is within four days and my departure flight was 5.03pm, they they claimed I suppose to return at 4am. So they charged a penalty of $225. During my rental, I phoned the host and emailed Turo support it seems someone smoked hash insie the car, they didn''t respond, and today they said I smoke in the car and charged me $175.

The car was falling apart, crack sound while moving, no charging cable provide for an electric car, I have no choice to use gas all the way. If this is the way for a car company tried to make more money, I am done with them, I have disputed the extra charge and will not use this company anymore!
