Two Men and a Truck Durham NC Broke my dryer and refused to fix it Durham North Carolina

The move went well, but upon completion my dryer was not working. After two emails to the gentleman that handles the claims side, I finally got a response asking for the same form to be filled out again, and then the 3-5 window to get the fix will start over.

Tonight I just got an email back from Patrick stating they are denying my claim because the movers did not physically damage my dryer and I signed a waiver. Be aware when hiring them that they apparently make you sign paperwork that let's them damage your items with no liability.

The customer service was indifferent and came across as caring nothing about the situation whatsoever. It is not my fault they broke my dryer, but I have to pay to fix it.
