I do know that this is a scam, however believe that many people will fall for this one, since the economy has worsened and many are now out of work. Letter states nothing to buy, not a lottery, or game of chance. No fees. Just answer the simple mathematical problem and sign. 20+5 = 25 21 23. Must want signature for something. Have notified mail company and such. Found out at Complaint Board a website, that this is a scheme of sorts and not to sign or mail back.
