Ubreakifix UCF college drop outs who are way to lazy to actually fix anything Orlando Florida

Ok y'all I don't write reviews EVER but these guys were so bad that I had to send out a warning somehow. I looked at many reviews of this place prior to taking my water damaged macbook here and I thought I would be fine... Hahahahahahahahhahhaha ahahha what a good joke. So I arrived and was greeted by two nice young men, both of who assured me that they would take care to ensure my laptops repair. They were to clean it up and try to get it started and if that failed then they would let me know what parts I would need to purchase to have replaced. I got a call about a week later  while I was out to dinner with my husband, they left no voicemail..... I recieved another call the next day and was told it was fixed and ready for pick up! I thought great only 99$ to fix my macbook what a steal! I headed in two days later to pick it up, this time a diffrent young boy was at the desk. He was seemingly annoyed and very quiet and unhelpful. He fetched my laptop and set it down, I payed and left the building. I checked my laptop in the car and it wouldn't power up so I brought it back in for him to look at. He said he would bring it in back for the others to check and a few minutes later a (rather high looking) guy came out and told me it was unrepairable. In his words "yeah we can get it to power on for a couple days but then it shuts off so it's unrepairable and were going to give you a refund." No parts I could purchase.. Nothing... Just unrepairable.... After two minutes of looking at it you determined it was unrepairable... do you guys even know anything about MacBooks at all?? I took it to another business and within an hour they told me exactly what was wrong. They replaced what they needed to and had it running even better than it was prior to the minor spill. So in conclusion these guys are a bunch of UCF drop outs who are too lazy to even look at your electronic device let alone ensure a proper repair. They honesly probably smoke hella weed in the back room and just press your power button and scratch their heads. If you want good service and a fixed device DO NOT go here..
