uHaul and a company called Vengroff Williams in my opinion are engaged in unethical and illegal business practices resulting in a customer list being disseminated to a 'collections'' entity called Vengroff Williams with collections letters being sent to unsuspecting customers in low dollar amounts so customers will more likely pay - please dispute all charges and request in writing proof that you owe - I contacted the State Attorney General's Office in California, Texas and Florida + Better Business Bureaus in those states along with the Fair Debt Collection Protection Agency to intervene and audit both uHaul and Vengroff Williams Inc - Internal Revenue Service and wire transfer fraud charges within the DOJ....
