the message was i had won 1,750,000.00lbs sterling--it would be sent to me via skynet deleverly service--the package would be insured and the check would be in package--the catch was it would cost me 400.00 lbs- for the shipping--they would need to receive before i got the package-because it had to be done that way--it was against the law for them to ship it c-o-d-or any other way
