ukash.com Ukash Ukash is stealing their customer UK

Bought a ukash voucher 50$ + ( 4.95$ fee ) to buy stuff online. Tried to change the currency to EUR and the voucher was flag as "souspicious activity" . Contact the worst customer service ever to explain and solve the issue. Ukash ask me to send a ID copy and an address proof copy to their compagny to "confirm" my personnal information. Wich according the the Privacy Act of Canada is illegal.
I refuse and wanted to change the Ukash voucher to an other e-currency, but the voucher was frozen and ukash kept ( stole ) my money.
It's a scam, avoid this service in Canada

YES you are right, they do steal your money, the excact same sort of thing happend to me in the uk....
i no longer use this low life company, i have got 50.000 leaflets printed up telling people that ukash is a scam and that they are stealing/with holding peoples money, they hide behind a unsecure po box, they also charge you a fee to get back your own money.............they are down right robbers, they just have a fancy way of robbing you...........
