If you are dealing with the receivership company:

-YOU WILL PAY FOR ALL OF YOUR REPAIRS UP FRONT, EVERY DOLLAR, EVERY PENNY

-Do not expect them to ever call you back even if they say they will

-They aren't there to help you (at least not in a timely manner (NEVER is more likely)

-You may lose your vehicle for days or weeks on a single repair if you let them

-They will cover the equivalent of junk parts to fix your car (not even new aftermarket parts)

-This is defined by their policy as lowest cost of repair (AKA having Joe Schmuck the uncertified guy down the street play science experiment on your vehicle is what it would boil down to)

-If you call them after being so distressed you decide to threaten to take legal action they will just laugh at you (I already tried and they don't care)

I am still trying to get my claim re-imbursed and unfortunately my faith in getting my measly $321 is about 0.001% right now. This is the harsh truth why none of us will probably ever see any refund and if I get one I'll post an update even if it's in 60yrs (at the current rate and with their POLICY it could happen so I've been told).

Basically the company is in receivership which means all the rich Executives took 49 million dollars a few years ago from the funds (in about 2 months time) that were supposed to pay for our car repairs. Ultimate Warranty might have been a very successful company if the Executive Officers hadn't loaned out millions of dollars in their own personal interest. One of them even lent their son 2.5 million dollars. Who needs a 2.5 million dollar loan? WTF? None of these loans were in the best interest of the actual warranty holders or the company. There was an estimated 44 million dollars in defecit when they dried up the company's funds.

They get off the hook by not having bankruptcy on their record then were able to just skip townliterally none of them are in Rocky River anymore. A few may even be retired or close to it. Their CEO disappeared into thin air (what a man who takes responsibility!). Then they said "Uh oh" and had to go to court to try to fix it, however they didn't. They hid all their records and information which seriously hurt the defense against them. Basically all their personal assets were supposed to be liquidated to give money back to the Warranty Holders (me and you). Who knows if that happened?
In January of 2008 one of them even took the remaining measly tens of thousands of dollars left to the Ultimate Warranty name after the rest was nearly sucked dry. As if he didn't get enough from the 2.5 million he borrowed from his daddy or should I say US THE POOR PEOPLE.

Court documents online say the rich people are now protected so we can't file a lien against them or take any legal action against the company (that really doesn't exist anymore) yet these people are still walking free in the good old USA because we're all about freedom and fairness here. So yeah we're all just victims of the corporation yet again. We literally have no way of getting our money unless the receivership finds the lost 49 million dollars. Yeah it just got lost, no clue where it might have gone. You can read it online.

Two days ago I called them up to ask about the status of a claim I filed in winter of last year (2008). They are covering a generous $321 of the car's $2,500 repair bill. Of course I can afford taking out a massive loan to fix my car because making $24,000 a year makes me rich. They scammed me out of another expensive repair covered under my warranty that they were liable for by saying a fake agent had to come down and inspect my car. They informed agent cancelled the last day never saw the broken part anyhow and they claimed they still weren't liable for it even when no one saw it.

It could be 3 years or more-they said (probably never) until I am "reimbursed." Doesn't that sound like a timely matter and a good solid guarantee? By the time I will get my reimbursement it will probably be sent to my retirement home and it will buy me a loaf of bread with the current inflation rate. The rich scum people win again and all of us trying to scrape by in life LOSE.

I'll give a link out to anyone interested. Basically it will say the Warranty holders, aka us poor peoples, are severely hurt and the rich people can run away. Please contact me. If you are leeching my money earning hundreds of dollars an hour in being part of the receivership, please be a good Samaritan and fire yourself or get us law abiding good citizens our money or post something of help for us. Unlike most people, I will update my post if I get a refund and give them 1 partially good review out of the thousands of bad ones posted online.
