UltraLife PM Fulfillment ripoff sends items you dont order wont refund on unopened items South Jordan Utah

In July '05 I ordered a "free" bottle of their weight loss product. After some thought, I consulted my Dr. before taking it. She advised me not to take it.

By this time I had received another bottle. After trying unseccessfully to contact the company, I sent both bottles back to them. This was in August.


I didn't hear from them, but today received a third bottle.

After checking my C C, I realized they have charged me $4.87 in July, $44.90 + $24.00 (membership monthly Aug.) plus there will be Sept. charges of $44.90+$24.00.


I called the Co. at the tele# on my credit card. I spoke to a person named "Nick". He cancelled the pill shipment as of now, but said I had to go online to cancel the membership that I had not ordered. He said the website site is www.ultralife .com. The problem is I cannot get them. No such website.

Im going to keep trying to get the website. In the meantime, I am contacting my State Attorney General. Oh, by the way, the Co. doesnt do refunds.
