Complaint Review: Ultraspa Light Therapy
Ultraspa Light Therapy Mellen Thomas Benedict Took my order and did not deliver Capitola California
I ordered my Ultraspa light in November of 2014. I was at a low point health wise and I wasn't aware this wasn't a shippable product. The next morning I spoke with their representative and I was made to understand this was a prelaunch order with an ETA of six months.
Six months expired. The updates stopped. The last time I spoke with them was Aug 30, 2015 by email. At that time, they assured me that there were delays and that they were still fully committed to delivering my product, they were changing their product manager and reviving their website.
It has been eight months since their last belated update. Since then the only change I've seen on their website is the order window has been replaced with a name gathering window. I just emailed them this afternoon and officially requested a refund. My refund, including the tax they charged me should be $784.09.
I have contacted a few other buyers via YouTube comments. I don't know what recourse we have but I'm hoping to have this over with. Thank you.
