UniformDiscount.com Failed to fulfill the order AND communicate with me. Mentor, Ohio

I ordered a pair of Dansko clogs for my daughter from UniformDiscount.com two weeks ago. The shoes have NOT been delivered, and UniformDiscount refuses to communicate with me despite my repeated attempts. I realized too late that the only phone number the company lists is for making orders -- nothing else. It is impossible to speak to a person about order, tracking shipments or anything else. Instead, I was directed to e-mail concerns or questions, which I have done a few times. But there as been NO response of any kind. So, you can speak to a live person to buy, but there is no way to speak to a live person for any other reason. The company refuses and/or has failed to deliver the product I ordered and paid for by credit card, and refuses to reply to my e-mails, and offers no other way to communicate or complain. I see that there have been other complaints against this company. It clearly is a rip-off, and shoppers should be warned against using it. Also, the FTC should be notified (I am doing so) and take action against such a disreptable company.
