I ordered 3 cherokee tops on 6/10/11. I have not received any kind of confirmation of my order being processed, sent, back ordered or anything. They have seen fit to charge my credit card though. I have tried contacting them multiple times on their posted customer service hotline 800-349-1033. On every occasion the lines were busy and I was directed to leave a message. I have tried every single option on that phone number and it is the same message every time. I have left 2 messages and no one has contacted me. I have also sent 2 emails with no response. I would highly advise to order from somewhere else. I am filling a fraudulent report with my credit card company to see if they can get a response.

Found from BBB that they have a front store, Pizzazz Uniformz, phone number 440-255-5959. I was actually able to get a live body. They may not be able to do everything you need them but I was able to find out that my order was on back order until September. I was able to cancel my order and now I'm just waiting for my refund to come through. I actually did receive an email concerning the refund.
I would recommend contacting them through pizzazz if you have any issues with an existing order. But, avoid them if you can.
