I was contacted by a member of United benefits and promised a credit card with a limit of 2,000. dollers. I was told it would be anywhere from 10 to 15 working days, and this was 15 jan 2004. So I am a little upset. I tried every number I could find to no avail, even the numbers I had been gived were worthless, and I would like my money back.

United Benefits is a scam!!!

AUTHOR: Lisa - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, March 23, 2004

I got ripped off $299.00 on December 11, 2003 too. The company that took my money was United Benefits, but Global Benefits is the one who called with the credit card offer. However, Global Benefits told me at the beginning of January that Global Benefits was no longer in business and they would no longer take my calls. I tried to reverse charges at my bank, but kept being reassured by Global that my credit card was coming therefore the 45 days ran and I could not get a reversal of charges. Then, Global Benefits tried to debit my account again, this time for Superior Benefits for $299.00. However, my bank caught it and it was not paid, but I incurred service charges. I am afraid that we were scammed. Pleaseprotect your bank account, they may try to hit it again under a different name. This is a fraud, report it to authorities and keep good documentation of everything.
