United Payment Services The worst scanners I have Come across, BEWARE Westlake Village, California

This outfit is beyonf belief. After my initial signup and told I would pay $17 a month plus % of sale, I was shocked to see a debit on my checking account for a whole lot more. Let's see. I was hit with a "customer service fee", funny, they never responded with my requests, a $79 annual fee I was never told about, a "Console access" fee, A "batch" fee, and on and on. Then to top it off since I cancelled this horrendous service, I was hit with a $299 early termination fee. This company is up to no good and I will fight them to the end. As a consumer, I should have the option to back out within the first 30 days if I'm not satified with their services. Oh, and another thing, on all sales, they tended to "HOLD" the funds for a security check, requiring me to send it copy of shipment confirmations, etc, using stall tactics to hold on to your money for days at a time.

I had to call THEM to find out where my money was and then thats when they told me about the request for proof of shipment. STay away from this company. I'm actually looking for an attorney that can help me take them on and put a stop to their misleading practices.
