United Publishers of America Fraudulent accordance with Federal Regulation E Sandy Springs, Georgia

I, Stephanie ****, talked to United Publishers of America magazine company to get magazines sent to my home. When I got a bill for almost $50 one month, I called and cancelled my account. On February 28, 2011, I got another charge on my debit card in the amount of $47.84. They used their own type of check to where you do not need to sign the check they cashed, in your name. It is a fraudulent accordence of what they are doing. It is against the Federal Regulation E.

The bank cannot do anything to dispute the charge, since they used the specific check. I would need to call them to get it settled, but I am sure the same thing will happen. You need to look up their information online, which they do not have a website, to find out their phone number to contact them.

My account has been put into the negative because they took out the money without my authorization. This company needs to be discontinued, since you do not get the magazines you order from them. Very fraudulent!!!
