United Tel Charged AT&T Phone Bill 14.95 month was unauthorized in fact not authorized on the phone bill they charged Nationwide

Received phone bill today 02/2/09. The charges showed up on my boyfriends phone bill to which (I'm not authorized to charge anything too) and there was a charge for 14.95 from United Tel, LLC-Findyourdiet.com. I've never visited the website or signed up. I called the phone number immediately and a lady answered and said she would credit the charges for 12/29 and 01/30 and mark it as unauthorized but they would investigate who signed up for it. She also stated that I should have read the terms and condition closely, so I would have known there was a charge. Funny thing is, I never visited this website. I don't need to be on a diet. I'm at a healthy weight and I eat fairly healthy foods.
