I spent some time looking at the universalstudiosorlando.com website and had looked at all of the ticket prices.  I finally found a 2 park 1 day express pass at 89.00 a ticket and mulled over it a couple days then made the purchase.  Immediately after making the online purchase I received an email with a PDF attached for the $479 worth of tickets I purchased that said "this is not a ticket" it was only the express passes without any general admission.  I then looked back and found it was not clear that this was not a pass until you went a couple levels deep and it did say it was not a ticket.

I called the ticket office and asked for a refund and they said this was not possible, that I had to either convert them and pay for tickets but they could not refund.  Sure enough the email they sent with the pdf "express plus passes" said "All ticket sales are final".  This was also not clearly listed on the website.  After asking to speak with a supervisor and being told that the supervisor would tell me exactly the same thing... the phone attendant came back and said he would be authorized to refund due to the confusion.

At this point I was angry and felt like I had been scammed and that the supervisor was avoiding speaking to me.  I demanded to speak to the supervisor and I asked how to complain about the website not clearly stating at every level that the "2 park 1 day express pass plus" was not a ticket.  He was very curt and impolite, I opted for the refund but again this causes nearly $500 to be held out of my checking acct for 5-7 business days.

They need to make their website more clear and they need to be more courteous to customers.  This is how you lose repeat customers.
