Last May I'd bought some health product's from a company called Urban Nutrition LLC in USA.

Then when I was checking my bank account which I do regularly I noticed the same company had taken out 55.39 this was on the 25/09/08

I'd not had a email or any warning about this payment coming out.

I phoned their Tel. No. 0808-234-4649 which I found on their web site.

I asked them to stop the parcel from being sent out to me as the product was not suitable, I was told by a agent called Jason that they could not stop the product from being delivered now, but all I had to do was refuse to accept the item, it would then be returned back to the sender.

15th October Royal Mail put a card through our door saying that they had a parcel which could not be delivered until the customs charge had been paid, I went a long to my local sorting office and told them that I did not want the parcel and I wanted them to return it back to the sender, I asked for a copy of my refusal, which he did for me.

I also sent a fax to Jason to acknowledge that I'd refused the parcel, he wrote saying once he'd received the product back he'd refund my card.

I've had to make constant phone call's, asking about my refund, they keep making excuses up, one being they'd not received the returned item yet.

I had to prove every step, even though they knew I'd not even touched the parcel.

29th January, after speaking to Jason he said he'd refunded my card, this has not happened.

The company has lied to me consistently from the beginning

I requested a invoice which I received from Jason on the 13th Oct the invoice show's the item was only dispatched on the 3rd Oct.

I'd tried to stop it on the 25th September, I was told by Jason it was too late for them to stop it, I've phoned almost every week , Jason has kept saying he'd not received the item, I asked him to make a claim, again he was not helpful.

3rd Feb, finally they said they'd be sending me a cheque, I asked why not refund my card, they said they can't do this because I live in another country, and my bank won't allow it.

I'm still waiting for the cheque I've phoned on the 10th, 18th, 23rd, 27th February.

4th and 9th March asking why I've not yet received the refund / cheque, they first said it was still in administration, then I've been told that Jason has made a mistake and not dealt with it correctly by accident, so I now have to speak to another agent called Talisha and she's supposed to be dealing with it , she promised to send me a email this was on Monday 9th March, it's still not arrived, like the cheque, it will more than likely not happen.

Can i just say to other victims of this type of crime, get straight on to your bank and open a visa dispute they can then look into what's happening and will try to get your money back, just don't leave it too long as Urban Nutrition will give you any excuse knowing the longer they delay you, it will then be too late to make a complaint to your bank.
