I contacted urbanflorist.com via phone to have them deliver 3 dozen roses for my girlfriends graduation in May 05. I waited 2 almost 2 hours to get through. I ordered the flowers and answered all the questions pertaining to the delivery and thought things would go smoothly, however, since Urbanflowers.com uses UPS to deliver flowers the order never got to my girlfriend because she was not home during the delivery time. Since my girlfriend was not home the UPS driver left a sticky note on her door and took back the flowers an put them back on his truck to die over the long weekend. What kind of company hires a Ups driver to deliver flowers with instructions.

Flowers should not be treated like a Blender. Putting it back on the truck is just dumb. Anyways, I contacted UrbanFlorist.com and they took a few days to answer my complaint. They said it was my fault because my girl friend was not home.

After an hour of complaining they said they would call me back. Upon calling me back they said they would give me a refund coupon. I did not want this because I really didn't want to do business with a company that screws up and blames customers. They said they would only give a coupon refund. After complaining for another half hour to an Urbanflorist.com puppet I gave uo and said sent me the coupon.

Days later they sent me a coupon for half of the price I was charged. i contacted them and said this was not happening and demanded my full refund. They said I agreed to take the BS coupon which I did not I agreed to take the full refund coupon. I am still waiting for this but haven't heard anything in over 2 weeks. They are not getting back to me. I have sent 5 emails to date.

This company is full of sh** and I am going to go to every rip off report type site to complain about this fraudulant flower delivery site. There is so much more to this story but I haven't the time to list all the BS.

DO NOT USE WWW.URBANFLORIST.COM. IF YOU WANT TO BUY FLOWERS FOR ANYONE IN CANADA OR AMERICA DO NOT USE URBANFLORIST.COM THEY SUCK. THEY ARE IN FOR A TERRIBLE RIDE BECAUSE THEY PISSED ME OFF. I MIGHT JUST BUY URBANFLORISTSUCKS.COM AND SEE THAT THEY LOOSE BUSINESS IN THE COMING YEARS. I WILL BE PUTTING IN CALLS TO ALL THE NEWSPAPERS BECAUSE THIS IS BS.
