Ripped off by Urbanq.com failed to deliver rebate checks

Urbanq.com does not send out the rebate checks within the timeline stated on their site. After many email inquiries, they kept on sending you different varieties of standardized excuses. Although I never got the ones that seem common to other consumers claiming no rebate codes on the envelopes. In my case, they always say there is problem with printing checks electronically, and mine always happen to be in the misfortunate batch. I was lucky to receive some payment, but when the same reason was used for the rest of the unpaid rebate checks, it is not convincing anymore. So I believe it is a deliberate fraud. Also whenver they claimed checks were sent, but could never give you straight anwser on what exact date they were sent and what number is on the check. Of course they couldn't, because you never receive the check in the mail box. It is annoying to deal with company like this if you consider yourself an excellent costomer spending money and do everything right except trusting them too much.

For the investigation purpose, the unpaid q-bate id on my account are 76899/900/901/902/903/904 and 73620/621/622 and 70735 all dated more than 7 months ago and status shows "check sent" on the site. Total amount usd $382.92
