US Bank Rip off transaction and excess wear charges Buffalo New York

US Bank is charging me a lease termination fee that was never disclosed to me at time of the lease and seems to be an additional fee that should not be paid by the consumer to cover their internal expense.....also they are charging an excessive wear and tear fee that should be covered under the terms of "normal" wear and tear...this is an additional fee that they insisted I must have their people inspect the vehicle before turn in.....I disputed their findings and yet they charged me to fix the issues....at a rate I believe to be excessive to the cost I could have paid before turn-in......I dispute both of these charges.
