they need to be shut down by the goverment for charging unfair fees and custermer service sucjs. i asked for fees to be revised and they refused. contacted bbb  and nothing yet all i want is my money back

US DIRECT EXPRESS 2 charges I did not make i disputed after a month they gave me a provisional credit and a month after that took the money back and overdrew my account worst customer service in the world they said i would have to get my money back from the retailers but i didnt make the charges so i dont know who the retailers are and direct express wont give me any imformation you cant get through to customer servive EVER IT A NIGTMARE DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY San Antonio texas
