US Express, Inc Falsified my DAC, claiming I was terminated when they NEVER hired me Chattanooga Tennessee

I got involved with US Xpress leasing program. Went to orientation in Oklahoma City on my own dime. After 5 days of paperwork, providing w2's (despite what the recuiter insists IRS will not fax any paperwork) and not getting anywhere an in house recuiter suggests that I either go back to the motel over the weekend and m a y b e there will be an answer monday or take the bus home and they could load me out of Colton, Calif..

Returning home I contacted a prior employer about a rehire. Sure they said, it's been over 6 months so we have to redo the paperwork. Not a problem.

Funny thing is I never listed US Xp as an employer, never hired, but my DAC lists them as terminating me, per Shaffer. Yes I am going to explore the legalities of falsifing a DAC.
