us fidelis the company promised a full refund of my premiums if i never file a claim against it,and i never did. wentzville, Missouri

i recieved a letter stating that my original warranty would exspire soon an that us fidelis had a great deal for me. i could extend my warranty for 5years or 100,000 miles witch ever comes first.

the next thing was i only had to put a small amount down and pay the balance in eleven monthly payments.

and finally here's the best part, if i never had to use it to have any repairs done on the truck i would receive a full 100% refund upon the experation date of the policy.

that is the whole $2020.00 i paid into the policy. i had a $100.00 deductable and the whole 5 years i had the policy i never had to spend more than my deductable to have any one repair done.

now my policy ran out on 12/16/10 and it appears us fidelity did the same with all my money. you see i tried to get my refund back and all i got was nothing, i'm told the company went belly up because the owners spent it all on themselves.
