US Mortgage Funding Inc violated,tricked me into giving the $3,000,stole my money,lyed to me,violated my trust,tricked into beleiving would help with mortgage Bacon Raton, Florida

I was contacted by US Mortgage Funding Inc. stating that they could help with modifying my loan into a comfortable payment plan.They promise to work on my behalf in order to lower my present payment arrangement.They requested $3,000payment from me which I allowed them to access from my checking account.I was always the one following up with them with phone calls.They never contacted me.Everytime that I called them,I was put in contact with a new person.There was always a new worker.When asked to speak with the previous person I was working with.They would tell me "he or she no longer works there".

When I got frustrated with the long process and their lack of communication,I contacted my mortgage company.They communicated with me that they never heard from them(Us Mortgage Funding).Afterwards,I called them again to report the conversation that I had with my mortgage company.They continued to lye to me by saying that they are still working with them and that I needed to be patient and that they would contact me for updates and other additional fees.It has now been since August of 2009 .Everytime I call them,they continue to give me the run around.I have all of my documents to show proof.Anyway that I can be helped would be great.This is a sad situation.They have ripped off alot of people.THIS HAS TO STOP!
