US Mortgage Funding Do not trust this Company in the least. I sent this company $ 1,500 because I visually read and was told on the phone by Mr. Sam Lorch that it is a money back garantee if they could't save my Home. We Boca Raton, Florida

Do not trust this Company they are not true to their word. Even if your contract say's MONEY BACK GUARANTEE in caps. It simply is not true. I was told they would be able to do a modification on my home.
Well after about 2 years i still cant get them to refund my $ 1,500 refundable retainer fee. Go Figure. I sent them updated information about every other month for a year and a half. I eventually started to ask for a manager. No one would talk to me.
Do not trust where it says BBB in the bottom left hand corner of any Fax, or any paperwork from this company.
 I can only hope for someone to find out who these people are and and make them accountable for what they have done to so many others throughout the country who are already hurting financially but put their trust into this company. They are basically lying and stealing. someone needs to correct this problem A.S.A.P.
I am only taking the time to write this because I am very upset that companies can get away with doing this. I simply hope someone stops this from happening.
