A man with a foreign accent called threatening me also saying that an Affidavit was being taken out on me for a unpaid payday loan and I needed to pay $1,031.00 in order to stop it or I'd be arrested for fraud or money laundering. This man says he is with the Legal Affidavit Office and that U.S. National Bank is pressing charges against me for an unpaid pay day loan. I have no pay day loan so I knew it was a scam but this man knows my SSN and bank Account#.
Please help if any one has any info. on who this is. I have also Googled these 2 companies and neither exist but the Tel#310-945-5531 shows based out of Culver City, CA and fax #949-682-4841 out of Capistrano Valley CA.
