I was told by the PO that I had to go on line and put my change of address and when I did it said there was a 19.95 charge.  Than I found it was a scam connected to there site but the aren't willing to do anything about it.  There should be a block so that honest people like me don't get taken.

Submitting a change of addres can be done online for the nominal fee of $1.05 or it can be done at your local post office or with your carrier for no charge.  Akso, you were not told by a knowledge USPS employee that you had to go online to file a change of address.

The fact that you chose to use file a change of address online with a company other than the USPS (see usps.com) is not the fault nor the responsiblity of the USPS.  You apparently did not pay close attention to the site you went to and provided your personal information with which could open you up to fraud and/or theft of your good credit.

Next time be more careful and you won't get ripped off.
