First week of employment another guard nearly assaults me, I file a complaint after her mistreatment consists for nearly 2 months, speaking badly of me in another language unaware I understood her language. She is buddies with the onsite supervisor who also speaks the same language and english. The supervisor and guard openly speak of lunches off duty together and outside of workplace friendship. After the supervisor lied about an increased wage, for working the Easter holiday, I was not paid. I filed a complaint against her and within a week I was removed from the site. My hours have been reduced from 40-56 to now 20-24, and a 50 mile round trip to work instead of 14 mile round trip. Favoritism, retaliation and umpaid wages are a regular standard for this company. Miscalculate overtime hours and short regularly. Time after time, I have witnessed numerous parties fighting for their pay, via payment corrections. I have witnessed one employee not be paid at all, instead his pay was issued to another party. This company should be investigated for Racketeering, and fraud. They have numerous lawsuits in different states.
