SCAM: Ordered the study guide for $100 + $20 shipping from a local paper in the employment section. Was told the study guide included online help (website does NOT work). I was guaranteed a refund in many ways including if I took & passed the test. They are deceiving. Don't trust it. You can buy a study guide at barns & Nobles or I hear you can get it free from the post office.
