U.s Xpress false dac report Tunnel Hill Georgia

i worked for u.s xpress in 2001 i was in carlisle,pa for the weekend with no load i was mad aggreated because i could'nt make any money at a truck stop. i kept calling the dispatcher they kept telling me i would get a load i never did so finally late saturday night they called me with a load i was tired aggrevated and just wanted to rest so i sent them a message back telling the that i had been up all day i tired. so they sent me a me a essage back saying i needed to go pick up the load. so a sent a essage back saying i couldn't do it they said u really need to go pick it up asap so i said i can't because i've been drinking which i really wasn't so that got his attention he said don't ove that truck call mme right know .so he said you can be drinking while on duty i said i told you i had been up all day and i was tired. so i knew if told you i'd been drinking that would get your attention he sad just go in the truck stop and when your dispatcher coes in monday we can straigten things out isaid ok i so went in the truck stop monday orning called my dispatcher to explain my cituation he said you know you can't be drinking while your on duty i told hi i wasn't i was just tired and the weekend dispatcher wouldn't believe me so i had to lie. well, he said i'm going to get you a bus ticket and send you back home so we can investigate the situation so i took a bus home iwas there about 2weeks waiting to see what that had to say never the less i got a letter in the mail saying i had been terminated because of a company policy violation. i was mmad because the weekend dispatcher made up his own version of the situation and they never got a chance to hear my side of the story. so iwent online filled out applications for other companies and no one would hire me so i requested a copy of my dac report it had on it terminated reason copany policy violation eligible for rehire no. so every time i try to apply for a trucking job i get turned down and i don't think it's fair that i should have to be put through this
