Two times this month they(usa credit) have put me in a negative balance.      The first time was on July 1st. When i went to see how much money i had in my SAVINGS ACCOUNT  it was a negative  $33.15 because i only had  $2.85 in there.  The 2nd time was on July 7th. They put me negative $29.76. They were told i only had a SAVINGS ACCOUNT but evidently they dont care. They were trying to take $99 from my SAVINGS ACCOUNT. They dont conform to their own policies, because it asks on the application (dont have a checking account) and  i have checked that box. Is there any way they can be stopped from ripping off or trying to rip off people? I had applied for a payday loan until my money came in to pay my bills .  I  NEVER RECEIVED ANY MONEY FROM THEM, AND I WANT THEM TO STOP.
