i ordered my computer from shop nbc in feb 2004. it is a laptop. the graphics card doesn't work right. i called them (shopnbc) but my warranty had expired they told i must deal with viscom directly. then the pin where my power supply plugs in broke off.
it took 3 weeks to get a label. they recieved my computer aug 26 2004 but just heard from them today after calling for the hundreth time. i was informed that this wouldnt be covered since it was abused? so they wanted 100 dollars to fix the pin. i ask about the grapics card and they said they will see about that after they get a credit card number.
v2 premier is a ripoff and so is shop nbc in my opinion. i would also like to join in on a class action suit. if any info is available please let me know. i got screwed for 2400 dollars.

frist of all the spearkers were broke i opend the package the speakers were broke i called the company they told me they send me a kit to send speakers back then the keybored came the mouse wouldnt work i emailed them they seem not to care that i didnt get my replacement kit or they didnt care about my mouse not working well the monitor came and i hooked it up it kept showing a warning that it wasnt hooked right but it is the computer shuts down by its self!!! now it completely is junk im gonna return the computer im so mad. last night it went black now i hope i get my money back i had it only like a week
now they didnt send the kit 4 speakers they better refund my money im so mad i wanna cry
