Vacation America Will Graham Vacation America- Complete Fraud hilton head, South Carolina

I was contacted by Will Graham in December, 2011, requesting a few minutes of my time to look at a great vacation package that he was selling.  I was interested, and he came to my store and told me all about the awesome deal that he was selling, and I bought a package for $59.99.  He assured me that the process was very easy, and that I would likely be a customer for life.

I was planning to go to Hilton Head, SC, so I called the (888) number and left a message for a return phone call (03/14/12).  The next day I called again and actually spoke to a man who took down all of my info and assured me of an e-mail response within a few days (03/15/12).  I never received an e-mail, so I left another message requesting a return phone call (03/19/12).  I called the next day and spoke with the same man from my previous call and he assured me that I would get an e-mail within the hour (03/20/12).  I did in fact get an e-mail that day saying that all of their resorts were fully booked, and that I could get a refund if I wanted one (03/2012).  I responded to the e-mail asking for a return phone call on 03/23/12 and once again on 03/26/12.  I also called the (888) number on 03/30/12 and requested a phone call, but much like my previous messages and e-mails I have gotten zero response. 

I did find a number for WM Grembowicz { (954) 495-9163 } and left a message for him to call, but I have yet to receive a call from him either. 

Long story short, this company definitely appears to be a fraud, and I do not expect to ever see a refund or get a return phone call.
