My husband and I owe 425.00 dollars for a medical bill to ENH medical. We have never ever recieved a statement from them. I asked one of the reps for them to please send a statement and would would gladly pay the bill. That was a month ago and still haven't gotten anything. We located the exact bill from ENH medical and have will be sending the money directly to them.
I know that they will accept it. This company is relentless in their tactics. I could have easily paid them with a debit card over the phone but I don't trust them what so ever. Better to go to the original source from whence this all started. I know these people have a job to do but you are all right, they are very rude.

Van Ru have many complaints against them. Your insticnt to not give them any account info over the phone was a correct one. They would have cleaned you out.
It's best to quit answering and do everything in writing, via certified mail. If you google terms like "consumer advocates" and "debt collectors", you will find a huge underworld of litigious consumers who learn how to effectively fight back.
