Vanderbuilt Mortgage ripoff trying to say I owe payments that I have receipts for and threatening to repo in 24 hours if I don't send 2 months payments to them Maryville Tennessee

I was called today 5-3-06 and told i owed $930.00 back payments i was to make both payments by 24 hours 8:00 o'clock tomorrow night or be moved out of the house .
I was told they were filing papers to take home and property that belongs to my brother also. When we bought trailor the land at my mothers was used for a down payment we were told it would be cleared when we payed the 7,000.00 downpayment and it would be cleared well somehow my brothers land ended up as the down payment more land more value but in same name so they attached higher one how i dont no , but now threatning to repo on payments past due which i have my reciepts on payments except the one for may it was just due 05-01-06 today is 05-03-06 payments are 396.00 amonth but they added insurance and now payments are 465.00 a month so my caculations 1 month comes to 465.00 not 930.00 but i got less than 24 hours to be moved out .i can not get them to take that insurance off it was suppose to be for first year and then i get my own well not so i have argued time and time again to be able to change it they say i have to keep it entire time of loan .
Now they are saying i owe payments not so i owe one that will be paid on 05-04-06 .

Yes they do need to be stopped from trying to take peoples homes i bought trailor in 1998 and have every month had to put up with them threatning to take it away
