We ordered a "free" sample from Vaperlite in Arizona. The sample came and did not work, but we were not terribly interested so we did nothing. Nothing visible on the website said anything about any further shipments. It was supposed to be totally risk free.

Next we noticed a charge for $99.95 on the same debit card where we ordered the "free" sample for a modest shipping fee. We tried calling the phone number on the account statement but it did not work. Eventually the shipment came in from a place in UTAH. We returned the shipment UNopened to the Utah address with a note to refund our money and ship NO more to us.

There was not a response. About one month later we see a second charge of $99.95 on our card. We looked up the reports which state that some people are out $300 before they CHANGE their card. Really? We have to re-do all of my cards/accounts to get this company to stop stealing from us?

If there is any recourse.....any way to stop these people, please let us know!
