Vetfriends.com apparently is a ripoff site. On 5 Oct. i made a purchase. After several emails and a USPS tracking number that was no more than a tracking number assigned for the USPS to "expect" a package for shipment. My creidit card was debited and a phone call was recieved adviseing that they were waiting on me to contact them with a shipping address. Two weeks prior they had sent me an email telling me that the package was being prepared to be shipped, and to the correct address.
It is now 30 Oct and still no package. When I called the 1-800-975-1618 and only got a recording. Their other number is 843 856-2836.
I have filed a complaint with the BBB on line that is connected to the BBB in South Carolina. I suggest that all complaints be filed with the BBB also.

The Vetfriends.com came through finally. Apparently the internet is a apowerful place.
Ross, a CS rep fro them and explained that at CS who no longer worked for them had placed a note on my package of a possible address change for shipping. After a couple of phone calls with Ross, the package arrived just as I had ordered.
So it appears that they can and will deliver.
